Delete your ElenqOS account
ElenqOS is a classroom presentation app run by TacLine LLC. Teachers have accounts; students join a class with its code and have none. A teacher can delete their account, and everything in it, at any time on the web or in the ElenqOS Android app.
How to delete it
- Sign in at elenqos.com, or open the ElenqOS app.
- Choose Account at the top of the page.
- Choose Delete account, then enter your password and type DELETE.
- Choose Delete account again. You’re signed out, and the account is gone.
What’s deleted
Right away
- Your name, email address and password, and your sign-in on every device
- Your classes and their join codes. A class that’s running ends on every screen.
- Your presentations, with their slides, speaker notes, activities and handout files
- Your class history: the nicknames students typed and their answers
- Your template library
Soon after
- Slide images you uploaded are stored separately. They’re removed with the account when possible, and always within 30 hours.
- A live class’s working copy and students’ drawings are removed when the class ends, and expire within 12 hours in any case.
What’s kept
Usage analytics and error reports: which teacher pages were opened, and errors the app ran into. Our analytics provider records them under your account’s random ID, never your name or email, and they aren’t deleted with the account.
Can’t sign in?
Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We check that the request came from that address, delete the account, and reply when it’s done.
