About plans

Do I need a card for Free?
No. Free needs no card and never ends. You only enter payment details when you choose Basic or Premium.
Who takes the payment?
Stripe, through Link, sells the plan on our behalf and adds sales tax or VAT where it applies. Your card details go to Stripe, never to ElenqOS.
Can I change or cancel?
Any time, under Account then Manage billing. Moving up starts at once and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down or cancelling takes effect when the period you paid for ends.
What happens to my files if a plan ends?
Nothing is deleted when it ends. You can still open and present everything, but new uploads wait until you are within the plan’s room. Files past the limit are removed only after 30 days’ notice.
